「早いもので・・・・」

世界の色々な場所ではそれぞれ違った年末年始の風景が見られたようです。

母国へ帰省していたGEMの講師たちも戻ってきました。南半球であたたかい、ではなく、暑い(>_<)お正月を送った講師もいたそうですよ！

さて、早いもので1月も半ば、会社や学校も始まってお正月気分もどこへやら、

The New year celebrations are over, and it's back to business as usual.

今年の初めに来てくれた生徒さん達との会話例；

Happy new year! Did you enjoy your winter holidays?

Yes, I did.

- I went to Hiroshima (Toyama, Aichi, Kyushu, etc.).

-I played with my cousins.

-My grandfather gave me a new year’s gift of money.

What is your new year’s resolution?

-My new year’s resolution is to have a regular exercise and to spend less time playing online games.

-I’m going to study English harder so that I can enjoy talking with my teacher more.
